How to Create a Rain in Desert Region

Rainy Season in tropical countries like Indonesia it is common, though often a blessing for us to bring misfortune, and even then not the fault of human error in the rain but managed the rain.
noisier when the dry season drought but are not prepared when entering the rain as improve drainage or waterway kemaraunya .. but a long season but we did not think again how klo later entered the rainy season .. fitted into a new rainy season is busy thinking about where the water flows, resulting in floods longsordan land so .. blame the rain. when the rain is a blessing.

different desert wilderness might want once klo could rain every day.
hence much research how do I make it rain buatan.kini scientists desert wilderness trying breakthroughs create artificial rain.

Scientists claim to be able to produce a series of rain in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Fifty rainstorms were created last year in eastern Al Ain as a way to control the weather.
Scientists working secretly for United Arab Emirates President Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan. They use a device shaped like a giant ion lampshades on steel poles to generate fields of negatively charged particles.

These tools are changing the composition of the cloud that is expected to produce rain. In a video, the founder of the Swiss company in charge of the Metro System International is the project showcase their success.
"We have produced a number of rain," said Helmut Fluhrer of the company. In the past, China and several other countries had used chemicals to affect the performance of the cloud.
Semenatara country's weather experts predict the absence of clouds or rain in the Al Ain region, rain occurred in 52 opportunities. The project is overseen by the Max Planck Institute for Meteorology, one of the central atmospheric physicist in the world.

The former director of the institute, Professor Hartmut Grassl said they did a lot of ways, one of which creates the water on dry land.
The project uses technology Weathertec the system cost £ 6 million (Rp84 billion) every year. Development tools also cost 7 million pounds (Rp98 billion) and the cost for planting vegetation pascaperubahan of 850 million pounds (Rp11, 9 trillion).
Some scientists treat Al Ain with kid-hat because Abu Dhabi is a coastal area that creates rainfall triggered retrieval of water vapor in the sea.
